Our Homestay in Goa called Ashirwaad Holiday Apartments is located near Benaulim, Sernabatim, Varca and Colva beaches in South Goa.  It is suitable for couples, families and groups and has an equipped kitchen in each 2BHK apartment.  We've got only two identical 2BHK apartments located side by side on the 1st floor in our building. One is a non ac 2BHK apartment and the other is an ac 2BHK. Our ac 2BHK serviced apartment in Goa with a kitchen

This ac 2BHK serviced apartment in Goa has: * 1 bedroom with a double bed, a cupboard, a fan, and a 1 ton split ac unit. This bedroom doesn't have a balcony. * 1 bedroom with a double bed, a fan, a 1 ton split ac unit, and a balcony. This bedroom doesn't have a cupboard but there is space to hang clothes on a rod. * 2 mattresses (fold able cotton ones) for placing on the floor for the 5th and 6th persons * 1 living room with a sofa, satellite TV and a balcony * 1 equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dinnerware (plates, glasses, teacups, forks and spoons), a gas stove with two burners, a pressure cooker, a mixer grinder, a tawa, a kadai, and cooking utensils. *  Only 1 bathroom with a commode which is common to both the bedrooms. Water for bathing gets heated by solar panels. Water for bathing can also be heated using a handi (vessel) on the gas stove in the kitchen in the rainy season or if the water in the solar heated tank gets over.​ There is no washing machine or dish was
